    个人简介

          6165cc金沙总站检测中心教授、博士生导师电子科学系系主任(2020.06 - 至今),功能材料与器件分子束外延(Molecular Beam EpitaxyMBE)专项实验室负责人(2012年 - 至今)。曾任极化材料与器件教育部重点实验室副主任和常务副主任(2008.01-2021.04)

          1992年毕业于华东化工学院(现华东理工大学)无机材料系,获学士学位;1998年获中科院上海光机所硕士学位(导师:干福熹院士),方向为有机光电子光存储器件;2003年获英国Heriot-Watt大学物理与工程学院博士学位(PhD)(导师:Kevin A. Prior教授),方向为II-VI半导体MBE外延制备与光电子器件应用;后赴法国国家科学院(CNRS)外延与应用中心(CRHEA)开展博士后研究工作,方向为ZnO薄膜的外延制备及掺杂调控技术。

          先后任科院上海光机所研究实习员、助理研究员和副研究员1992.08-1999.06),方向为有机光电子光存储的应用技术中科院上海光机所百人计划研究员(2005.01-2006.08),研究方向为高密度光存储应用技术。

          迄今为止,主持并参与完成了包括国家科技攻关项目、国家重大科学研究计划、国家自然科学基金项目、中国科学院重大项目、中国科学院知识创新项目、上海市基础研究重大项目等在内的国家、部委和地方课题10余项。发表SCI收录论文100余篇,国家发明专利10余项。负责《材料科学与技术》(师昌绪主编)第九卷/第十三章(科学出版社,1999年)和《中国材料工程大典》(路甬祥主编)第十一卷/第十四章(化学工业出版社,2006年)的翻译和编写。

    Highly oriented LaAMnO3 single crystal thin films prepared by chemical solution deposition


    The photoinduced changes in reflectivity (ΔR/R)t for all samples as illustrated exhibit three clear processes in time sequence: after photoexcitation, the reflectivity decreases instantaneously to the minimum in 200 fs (process I, defined as t=0 in the following), followed by ultrafast (process II) and slow (process III) recovery processes with time constants of <1ps and tens to hundreds of picoseconds, respectively.
